MARCH 12, 2024 – More Concern about “Concerned…”
Well, if the recent development is any indication what we might expect from our “save the world” citizen group in the future, this should be fair warnng. The Concerned group scheduled a public candidate forum, BUT INVITED ONLY THE PEOPLE THEY ARE SUPPORTING! Whaat’s up with that?
Oh, things eventually changed, when several commnnity members contacted the powers to be in Concerned, and they have since invited all candidates in the April 2 eletion. So much for open governement!! If tey run their own special interest group like, imaging how they would run the public offices they hope to obtain.
WE SHOULD NOT WANT ANY PART OF ANYONE FROM THE CONCERNED GROUP!
Keep that in mind on election day!!
FEBRUARY 26, 2024 – “Concerned Citizens”
What is the make-up of the “Concerned ” ? What are the names of the select few who pride themselves by informing others in the community of things they see – but hide behind the label “Concerned….” and use it as a shield from others as to who they are? Oh, someone might interject a name, especially if they are attempting to get some mileage for an election they’re running in. But there athers who are designated “managers” of the Facebook page, but again, they hide behind the broader term – “Concerned”
Used to be when you had something prolific to share with others in the community, you would write a “Letter to the “Editor” and were required to show your ownership of the comments and concerns you ave by providing your name and address – or the editor would not publish it.
The word is “ownership”. It takes courage! Try it, Concerned!
